Our services are designed to assist you in improving your financial standing and achieving your financial goals. We operate primarily in the state of Georgia and serve clients throughout the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Cooperate with our team during the service delivery process
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or financial information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

• Consent: You expressly consent to receive text messages from Most Wanted Financial at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message Types: Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, promotional offers, and responses to your inquiries.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and preferences.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance, or email tiffany@mostwantedfinancial.com.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. All fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice. Refund policies are outlined in your specific service agreement.

6. No Guarantees

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, Most Wanted Financial does not guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes depend on individual circumstances, creditor responses, and credit bureau processes. Business funding approval is subject to lender requirements. Financial consulting provides guidance and recommendations, not guaranteed returns on investment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Most Wanted Financial and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Most Wanted Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued service is not feasible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
